2026 Summer PeeWee/12U Skills Clinics
Skaters will get 3 hours of development a week for the 4 week program (limited to 16 skaters and 2 goalies per session).
NEW THIS YEAR!! Skaters will get 2 hours of Strength and Speed development in our NEW Training Center on the back of Velocity Hockey Center Eden Prairie.
PeeWee/12U Skills Clinics will include:
Tuesday's: 1 hour On-Ice and 1 hour Off-Ice
Thursday's: 1 hour On-Ice and 1 hour Off-Ice
Friday's: 1 hour On-Ice 3 on 3 game

• Shooting & Passing on Forehand and Backhand

• Plyometric and Jump Training to Develop Speed
• Upper & Lower Body Hockey Specific Strength Training
• Mobility and Flexability Recovery Methods
