For the past 19 years, we have offered the best 3-on-3 Leagues in the state from all youth levels through High School. Our leagues are home to 155+ teams each season! This has made our leagues a huge success with participating teams from many of the top associations from the Greater Twin Cities Metro. Act fast as our Velocity Leagues fill quickly. 18 League Games plus 2 Guaranteed Playoff Games:
This season will again consist of Eleven (11) age specific leagues. Please look at the following list to find the league that your son or daughter qualifies for.

2. Mite AAA (All June-Dec 2016's and all 2017 Birth Years)
3. Squirt AA (All 2025-2026 1st Year Squirts)

5. Peewee AA (All 2025-2026 1st Year Peewees)
6. Peewee AAA (All 2025-2026 2nd Year Peewees)
7. Bantam AA (All 2025-2026 1st Year Bantams)

9. 8U (All 2025-2026 8U Girls)

Dry-land training, in-season or off-season, is an important factor in athletic success and longevity! Our NEW state-of-the-art Velocity Training Center in Eden Prairie and our elite Velocity trainers have all the tools to help you attain your training and fitness goals! Our training center is home to a Winter Sports Performance Program designed individually for athletes of all ages, genders and skill levels.
We are proud to offer private & small group training sessions for athletes ages 12 and older that focus on Speed, Agility and Conditioning as well as Recovery Strength and Mobility. With a 15-year track record of proven results, the trainers at Velocity Training Center will help you gain an advantage over the competition with individualized training and measured results!

Our Winter Training programs are available for beginner to advanced athletes. Our training is tailored to the experience level of the athlete to ensure a safe progression while improving strength, speed, and power!
All athletes are tested in these areas with monitored progress tracking in order to provide individualized programs. All programs are designed using the latest science and advanced methods that have been used with thousands of athletes for more than 15 years.
All training performed in Velocity Training Center in Eden Prairie.
