Velocity Hockey 3 on 3 had 60+ of the top teams
from a variety of Associations in the metro area, including:
Centennial, Edina, White Bear Lake, Wayzata, Maple
Grove, Chaska and Eden Prairie, competing in each
age level ranging from Mites to High School for both boys
and girls.
One of
the keys to our league’s success is our unique
130’ by 65’ rink – specifically
designed for the 3 on 3 game. This full sheet of ice allows
for a game-like atmosphere, which improves
the speed, reaction time and overall skill level for all players–
making Velocity’s 3 on 3 League the most sought-after
league in Minnesota.

Hockey Programs And Skate School
Velocity
Hockey has one of the most extensive hockey training
programs around. In 2007 more than 350 of the area’s
top hockey players – ranging from the Mite level to
the NHL – participated in our elite hockey training
programs.
The program
features a unique 130’ by 65’ training
rink, along with a state-of-the-art Strength and
Conditioning Center, which hosted athletes from all
parts of the hockey world.
The Program
has been designed to improve each player’s Skill level,
Strength, Power, Agility, Flexibility, Speed and Balance,
thus improving their overall game and helping
each player reach full potential.
The
only Multi-Tasking skating platform of its kind in North America.
Skaters ranging from age 4 to the NHL have experienced the
difference, and it’s only at Velocity Hockey Center.
